Bowie-Cass Electric Cooperative Inc
Bowie-Cass is a cooperative servicing six (6) counties with 36,488 meters in the northeastern arm of the state near the Arkansas and Texas borders and in the district of long time cooperative and populist advocate Congressman Wright Patman who held many hearings examining cooperatives. There are nine (9) seats on the board held by seven (7) men and two (2) women. The board is all elected by a combination of representatives from various counties served. All nine (9) members of the board are white.
